No Tax Holiday
07/30/2010 to 08/01/2010

On Friday, July 30th and Saturday, July 31st shoppers will not be required to pay the seven percent sales tax on certain clothing and footwear items.  Eligible items include merchandise such as shirts, shoes, dresses, and even scout uniforms.  Items must cost less than $100 to qualify.  Merchandise that is not exempt from taxes includes hair accessories, purses, dance shoes, and sports equipment.  Many stores will offer back to school sales during those days and the combined savings could be quite significant.
